INVESTIGATION - INTRODUCTION



For this assessment I will investigate and learn about different services that could help the community. By creating a poster I want to catch the attention of the public that might be interested in the involvement of the X-Factor evening. I will need to follow some basic steps in order to increase the quality of my work.

This year the school will organize an X-Factor event on the 13th of November. My idea is based on some specific but simple points ( few words, more images and many colors). My aim is to bring as many people as possible to the show thanks to my poster. The structure of it will be divided into two main points. Firstly the information will play an important role in the creation of my project. During breaks, lunch times and maybe drama lessons I will go to talk with Miss Daykin and perhaps also to students who will join in this event in order to have more information about the show. Miss Daykin will help me to structure the information, it will have the most basic and important information in the center in a big and very visible font. I might also try to help Miss Daykin to find the three judges so that I will have more defined information about the event, this because I might have the possibility to see and participate in the decisions of the drama teacher.

Secondly, images will be relevant and important in the realization of my poster. I will search on the net the X-Factor and ISM’s logo so that my audience will understand the message that I want to express (obviously i will do some changes because I can't use copyrights). I think that I will have to use bright colors, clear pictures and shades to easily catch the attention of my audience.

This project doesn’t relates to me in a directly way because I won’t join the show as an actress,dancer,singer or judge, but for me it is just a work to achieve a best method to develop and realize an idea.

The project links to the area of interaction: community and service. It helps the community thanks to the price of the tickets that are useful for the future projects of the school.
